Promoting and protecting art and culture is fundamental at COFIM.<\/p>

We are convinced that today more than ever people need to live in comfortable and stimulating environments: places where beauty can be expressed in various forms!<\/p>

Protecting and enhancing the historical authenticity of the buildings we renovate and giving space to the freedom of expression of local and international artists are ways not only to give value to our buildings, but to the territory they are in as well.<\/p>

In our dictionary, the verb \u201cupgrade\u201d holds a special place.<\/p>

Over the last few years, we have very often chosen not to demolish and rebuild pre-existing buildings, rather to intervene radically, upgrading their spaces and forms, always respecting their context.<\/p>

Whether it is an industrial warehouse in the Treviso countryside or a historical building in the center of Treviso or Verona, our approach is always the same:<\/p>
